Define " witches or wizards not producing in a way that is suitable of the title". Who decides? Is there a guideline that says each witch must do X number of productive and socially conscious spells per month? Cause I'm not new to the game, I'm pretty well read (Though it's been some time since I've frequented the aisles of a bookstore to see what the latest on the shelves may be) and know practitioners of several different paths. None of us are aware of a quota or any specific guideline on what a witch must specifically be - with the exception f some Wiccan practices.
