I was wondering if anyone had a SIMPLE cleansing spell to help bring in positive energy & cleanse the old?
I am a bit "rusty" in the Wicca ways.
Does anyone have a good book too they would recommend for someone like myself who has been "rusty" for awhile? Refresher of sorts?

Negative energies often affect us to the point we open ourselves up to shadows..
A good white light shower visualization can also help.
